How does eSIM ownership and renting work?
When you buy an eSIM, you own it in the app and can find it in My eSIMs. When a user in another country requests an available eSIM, our backend connects them to it. If they rent your eSIM and make a payment, your share is credited to your VSIM Wallet.
How do I install my eSIM QR code?
Go to **My eSIMs**, select your active eSIM, tap **View QR Code**, and scan it using your device's cellular/mobile settings (`Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM`).
When do I receive daily income?
Daily yields are credited to your VSIM Wallet automatically at **00:00 UTC** every 24 hours for each active destination package you maintain.
How do Mobile Money withdrawals work?
Withdrawals to MTN and Airtel Mobile Money are processed instantly. A nominal network fee of UGX 2,000 is deducted per transfer.
Can I resell unused airtime?
Yes! Use the **Sell Airtime** screen to convert excess airtime directly into withdrawable wallet balance at competitive instant rates.
